Der U20-Nationalspieler steht zwar noch bis 2011 beim OFC unter Vertrag, doch spätestens nach seinem Comeback am Freitag steht er auch im Schaufenster für finanzkräftige Klubs. „Ja, es gibt Anfragen für Rode“, bestätigt Möller, dass sich „mehrere Bundesliga-Klubs“ für Rode interessieren. Dabei soll es sich unter anderem um Borussia Dortmund und Eintracht Frankfurt handeln. „Die Eintracht gehört dazu“, bestätigt Möller. Vergangene Woche in Stuttgart und nun gegen Wehen Wiesbaden hat ein Scout eines englischen Premier-League-Klubs Rode beobachtet. Sein Kommentar: „Der Junge hat gute Anlagen, das kann etwas werden.“

Was für einen Wechsel sprechen könnte, ist, dass sein Schwiegervater im Vorstand bei der Eintracht ist.
Außerdem war mir vor dem Artikel bereits von sehr guten Bekannten des Spielers gesagt worden, dass die SGE an ihm interessiert ist.
